1. Design

2. Plate making

3. Printing

Printing is the third step in carton printing and packaging. It requires placing the prepared printing plate into the printing press for printing. Printing can use letterpress printing, flexographic printing, offset printing and other printing methods.


4. Die cutting

5. Fit

Laminating is the fifth step in carton printing and packaging. It requires the die-cut cardboard to be laminated according to the designed box shape. Lamination can be done manually or mechanically.


6. Fold

Folding is the sixth step in carton printing and packaging. It requires folding the fitted cardboard according to the designed box shape. Folding can be done by manual folding or mechanical folding.


7. Packaging

Packaging is the last step after carton printing and packaging. It requires packaging the folded cartons to meet the requirements for transportation and storage. Packaging can adopt manual packaging, mechanical packaging and other methods.
